COLUMBUS, Ga, – WRBL will power down its transmitter Wednesday night into Thursday morning while our engineers perform maintenance work at our transmitter site.

WRBL will go off the air, beginning at approximately 11:35 p.m. EST Wednesday and remain off the air for several hours. We expect to be back on the air sometime around 5 a.m. EST Thursday morning.

This is being done as a safety precaution for the engineers performing work on our transmitter’s cooling system during the time period.

The work will impact all four of the station’s digital channels which include 3.1 (CBS), 3.2 (MeTV), 3.3 (ION Television) and 3.4 (LAFF).

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate our viewers’ patience during this time period.
