Jaguar has announced a series of updates for the F-Pace, the XE and the XF. For this year, the brand is rolling out new Ingenium engine options and features for these three models.
All three cars now get a pair of new four-cylinder Ingenium petrol engines alongside a high-output 240bhp diesel power-plant. In addition, the F-Pace benefits from a new E-Performance diesel derivative.
The new 200bhp (available with XE and XF) and 250bhp 2.0-litre four-cylinder Ingenium petrol engine-powered models wear 20t and 25t badge respectively. The diesel range is bolstered by the introduction of the 240bhp, 2.0-litre four-cylinder twin turbo Ingenium diesel. This high output unit makes 500Nm of torque.
The XE and XF now get customised driving modes as standard. Safety features including Forward Traffic Detection and Forward Vehicle Guidance have been added to the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. The XE also gets a 12.3-inch TFT instrument cluster with navigation.
The updated range is now on sale in the UK. These models have been introduced following record January sales for Jaguar in the UK, with a 20 per cent increase on January 2016.
This new dealership is the biggest premium car showroom, which also houses a pre-owned car facility. It is spread over an area of more than 75,000 sq.ft. with a display capacity of 18 cars at a time. This state-of-the-art JLR showroom complies with the carmaker’s global standards. Apart from provision of sales and spares, there is also a service facility consisting of 22 bays to provide the highest quality of after-sales services.
Rohit Suri, President, Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd, said, “We are delighted to introduce our new dealership facility in Noida. The Northern markets continue to be strong growth drivers for us nationally. We are committed to ease accessibility for our customers to Jaguar and Land Rover products. The opening of this ultra-modern, integrated, one stop facility offering our esteemed customers, sales, service and spare parts from the same location, is in line with that objective.”
